We are searching for a dynamic and seasoned CFO or fractional CFO, who will play a key leadership role in our strategic growth plan. Requirements:
The following are requirements for skills and experience:
- Strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible positions managing all functions of Finance and accounting preferably in medium-sized companies with revenues of at least $100 MM
- 5 or more years of M&A experience in a leadership role.
- Must be physically in Binghamton, NY area for at least one week per month.
