Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead our financial strategy. The CFO will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting the company's growth objectives. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Provide strategic guidance and financial insights to the executive team to support decision-making and drive profitability.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to optimize financial performance and ensure financial stability.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and mitigate risk.
• Lead financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders including investors, lenders, and financial institutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the organization.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and economic factors to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the finance team.

Qualifications

• 7 - 10 years' of finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in senior financial leadership roles within the restaurant industry or related hospitality sector.
• Strong financial acumen with in-depth knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Pay: $185,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
