About the Position:
Seeking to hire a Chief Financial Officer to provide expert financial advice, direction, and council to the $60mm company. The ideal CFO candidate will lead financial planning and accounting practices, provide extensive construction Industry expertise to the business, and strategically lead initiatives such as acquisitions, due diligence, continuous improvement, and best practices.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience with financial reporting, and complex work-in-progress analysis, ideally with technology oversight, insurance, banking and bonding programs, budgeting and forecasting, benchmarking, and general growth strategies.
Requirements:
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of construction industry accounting experience.
At least a 4-year bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
Extensive financial experience in the role of CFO or a similar role at other related firms.
