MVP Recruitment is assisting a highly regarded non profit healthcare organization with recruitment of their next Chief Financial Officer. This organization is mission driven and committed to providing the best care for its residents. They are in need of a dynamic CFO to provide leadership and guidance for all financial-related activities. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, operating and capital budgets, strategic planning, legal, property management, contract analysis and negotiations, investments, purchasing, compliance and debt management.
This organization operates a large Senior Living campus with over 400 total units in a variety of care settings (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Long-term Care, Post-Acute Care, & Home Care). They average over 40 million in total revenue and have maintained a reputation as one of the best Retirement Communities in Massachusetts over the last 30 years.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as an executive with a strong background in accounting and financial operations.
- A current title of CFO, Director of finance, or Controller with 501(c)(3) experience.
- A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business or Finance.
- Experience presenting to a Board of Directors.
- Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
