Your Role: As CFO, you'll play a pivotal part in our journey, focusing on capital raising, financial forecasting, and strategic planning to steer us towards our goals. You'll leverage tools like Carta for cap table management and lead financial operations with a keen eye on compliance and efficiency. This remote role offers a unique blend of salary and significant equity, reflecting our belief in rewarding impact and dedication. While this starts as a 20-hour-a-week commitment, there's potential to evolve into a full-time leadership position.

We're Looking For:

· A strategic thinker with a proven track record in finance and startups, particularly in raising capital and financial planning.

· Solid experience with financial management software, preferably Carta, and a deep understanding of stock option plans and company valuations.

· A leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional communication skills to foster relationships with investors and stakeholders.

· Ideally based in Southern Florida, though location is flexible for the right candidate.

· A background in finance or business administration, with a preference for those holding CPA or similar qualifications.
