Status:  Non-Exempt

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Meet with CEO re. finances and monthly projects
• Present monthly financial statements to Finance Committee
• Monthly General ledger entries for Payroll, Payroll Taxes, and health benefits, Revenue, Credit Card purchases, ACH deposits.
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare information for 990 tax return to CPA.
• Prepare annual budget for ATS.
• MSHDA (HUD) reporting for Sara’s House.
• Supervisor for our Accounting Manager.
• Attending monthly Board and finance Committee meetings.
• Organize annual audit w/auditors.

QUALIFACTIONS:

BA Business Administration or 2-year degree in AAS

SKILLS NEEDED/EXPERIENCE:

• Computer skills
• QuickBooks experience
• Manual journal entries experience
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Multi-tasked.
• Experienced with automated books, spread sheets, assorted software.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.
