- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgets, and expenditures. Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining quality standards and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role, preferably within the road construction or traffic control industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading company turnarounds, driving operational efficiency, and managing large teams (100-150 employees).
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders, clients, and diverse teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
