HEAVY EQUIPMENT MACHINERY (HEM) is a leader in construction and mining parts and equipment. We are headquartered in Phoenix, AZ and have been in business for over 40 years.

We are in search of a part-time Customer Service Associate for our Kingman/Golden Valley location. Fixed hours of 8am-2pm M-F are required. Benefits including health, dental and vision are available along with paid time off.

Duties:

- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

-Assist local sales representative with any needs that may arise
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

-Should be comfortable driving to Phoenix from Kingman when needed.

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails or messages promptly and courteously
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

-Assist with any other duties that may arise.

Skills:

- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational skills. Candidate MUST follow processes and ensure things are done accurately and efficiently.
- Should have some experience / knowledge of machinery, ground-engaging tools, parts utilized in construction/mining equipment. Should be comfortable in a machine shop kind of setting.
-Customer Service experience is required.
