We are currently seeking a charismatic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to be the face of our company, leading our team towards achieving our vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary spokesperson and representative of the company, embodying our values and mission.
• Lead and host online webinars and events, engaging with a diverse audience to promote our brand and services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's objectives, focusing on digital marketing and online presence.
• Drive business growth through effective leadership, innovative strategies, and efficient resource management.
• Foster a strong company culture that supports teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure desired results are achieved and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with clients, partners, investors, and other key stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in digital marketing and recruiting, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Lead and mentor teams, nurturing a work environment that attracts top talent and encourages high performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive role, preferably in the Online Marketing or recruitment space.
• Strong background in digital marketing or recruiting, with a track record of successful online event management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to be the public face of the company, with outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

Pay: $67,670.71 - $200,000.00 per year
