Job Title: Online Sales Professional
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday various shifts (temporary to full time)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement - initiate contact with potential customers and work to expand the global presence of the company
Provide customer support from styling and sizing advice to logistics and account updates
Assist with Online Sales such as deliveries and returns
Facilitate communication and coordinate with stores to provide excellent customer experience
Job Requirements:
Relevant experience or education in service management or retail & fashion
High School Diploma, GED
Clientele experience in the fashion or hospitality industry
Service oriented mindset
Ability to think creatively and be solution oriented
Flexible to work various shifts - including nights, weekends, and holidays
Proficient computer skills
Ability to evaluate applicants and direct to appropriate resources.
Communicating effectively verbally and in writing
