Job Description Summary

Maximus is seeking a PMO Project Manager to assist on a federal government project in support of our Homeland. Responsibilities: Act as Team Lead of PMO, responsible for people management, delivery management, and other associated management tasks. Advise Federal Lead directly on project strategy, risk and issue management, and project schedule management. Work with Integrator to set expectations and processes for moving forward with technical integration, tool deployment, and operations and maintenance tasks across the Department. Assist in moving CDM Program work forward across the HHS Enterprise, as well as across each of the Operating Divisions (OpDivs). Advocate for HHS and OpDiv expectations and business requirements from Integrator while assisting in pushing CDM work forward across the Department. Manage and track procurements through the CDM procurement process and track project status, risks, issues, escalations, and schedule; Ensure these items have been shared with relevant HHS stakeholders. Demonstrate understanding of technical solution being implemented, as well as the evolving tool and capability areas of the CDM Program. Understand Federal Binding Operational Directives, OMB Memoranda, etc. that are related to CDM, FISMA, and Vulnerability Reporting.Requirements: Must be able to pass government required background investigation. Bachelors Degree and 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management.Preferred Skills: Knowledge of CDM Programs CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or other cyber focused certifications. PMP Certificate Tool Integration, Integration Planning/Management experience.
