- Works closely with various business leaders to ensure the seamless execution of diversity and inclusion programs.
- Coordinates training sessions, workshops, and events aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Develops and implements strategies to foster a sense of belonging and collaboration among associates.
- Encourages and supports business resource groups, ensuring they play a vital role in shaping an inclusive company culture.
- Collects and analyzes data related to diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Prepares regular reports to assess the impact of programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborates with CDI leadership to review and enhance existing policies and processes that contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Communicates diversity and inclusion initiatives effectively both internally and externally.
- Provides educational resources and training to employees to promote understanding and awareness.
- Keeps abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal developments related to diversity and inclusion.
- Contributes relevant insights into the continuous improvement of the organization's diversity strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, or Business related field or 3-5 Years Experience in Human Resources or Business related field
- 3-5 Years Experience in diversity and inclusion and/or similar roles with deep subject matter expertise, preferably for a large retail company
- Experience in building, analyzing, and/or leveraging reports and metrics to provide key insights to team members and business partners
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
- Experience in influencing and educating others to gain buy-in and build knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and Adobe Acrobat
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years Experience diversity and inclusion best practices, policies and legal requirements in a retail corporate environment
- Proven time management/organizational skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
