```Duties```
- Develop and implement program activities and initiatives to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges.
- Coordinate and oversee program operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Manage program budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities, participants, and outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging research in the field of developmental disabilities and behavioral health.
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in a social services or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing program budgets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with diverse individuals and groups.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
