Your passion:
You must have a desire and calling to be part of the Calvary Christian Academy team. You will assist with managing the operational needs of the CCA Construction Manager by assisting with scheduling, project management support, budget tracking, tracking expenditures, construction projects, and supporting the ministry as a whole. In addition, this position will support the construction manager in developing CAD and rendering drawings. As the Assistant Project Manager, you must have proven organization and time management skills, along with the ability to adapt to a face-paced environment.

You will:
- Support CCA’s Construction manager in all maintenance and new construction projects
- Develop CAD drawings supporting the construction team’s vision
- Develop Sketch-up and other 3D renderings to support the construction team’s vision.
- Manage vendors - including scheduling, payments, task lists
- Manages contracts for vendors
- Receive, monitor, track and manage all facilities invoices, statements, and processing programs
- Be responsible for providing information and corrective actions with regard to bills and invoices
- Oversee monthly credit card reconciliation and onboarding of new vendors to ensure accurate documents are received, along with maintaining a database of requirements
- Participates in the programming, planning, design, and construction of new construction, renovation, remodeling, and maintenance projects. Assists with bringing project teams together, clarifying the goal of the project, and keeping the team members focused on business objectives
- Serves as liaison and assists with the direction and implementation of assignments to design professional architects/ engineers, general contractors, and construction management firms - as directed by the CCA Construction Manager
- Assists with budget management and record keeping; contract management and enforcement; project schedule, and construction compliance with applicable codes
- Assists with tracking costs for each project and reviews and approves purchase requisitions and payment of invoices. Verifies adherence to construction contracts and attends pre-bid, pre-construction, project design, and construction meetings
- Assists with ensuring completion of projects, from the first request through closeout, in accordance with established standards, schedules, and budget parameters
You have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to utilize computer technology to enhance facilities operations
- Proficiency in CAD
- An ability to learn Sketch-Up and other 3D rendering software as directed by the CCA Construction Manager
- Professional work experience in office management/ administration
- Experience with task management software
- Gifts of administration and service
