Job Description
Our Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager, this person is responsible for identifying and assist Project Manager in managing field operations that ranges from construction projects, service calls and emergency calls. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and keeping track of the field employees daily progress to ensure field operations are sustainable and meet company expectations.
The Assistant Project Manager is directly responsible on assisting the Project Manager & General Manager on obtaining all necessary information from field employees, suppliers and clients to ensure accurate billing and that tracker reports are sent on time to customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFCATIONS:
- AA or BA degree in Business Administration, preferably in Construction Management
- 3+ years of professional experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
- Must have strong spreadsheet and data entry skills.
- Must be self-motivated, organized and punctual.
- Must be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent time management and customer service skills.
- Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech.
- Bilingual - English, Spanish
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in preparation of project estimates from potential customers.
- Assists Project Manager with complex project tasks.
- Assists with keeping track of progress reports and documentation required per job.
- Assist Project Manager with any and all project related tasks.
- Assist projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with others to ensure projects are completed.
- Assist with maintaining a positive and efficient office environment.
- Manages the flow of information between the administration, employees. customers & suppliers.
- Support office staff and field employees.
- Assist with maintaining daily schedule for field employees.
- Participates in ongoing training and team meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay rate - DOE
Working Hours: M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm
