Requirements:

• Familiarity with Procore & MS Office.
• Basic blueprint reading skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and terminology.

Key Responsibilities

Preconstruction:

• Assist in setting up projects in Procore.
• Help with subcontractor communications and proposal reviews.
• Support permit submissions and tracking.
• Assist with subcontractor procurement.
• Assist in managing RFI and submittal processes.

Construction:

• Keep track of outstanding work and purchase orders.
• Participate in project kickoff meetings.
• Attend weekly project meetings and manage meeting records.
• Join on-site walk-throughs.
• Help manage project health metrics.
• Support the change order process.
• Assist with subcontractor and owner billing.
• Contribute to punch list resolution.

Post Construction:

• Participate in project postmortem meetings.
• Work on final close-out tasks with the project team.

Required Education, Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Construction Management/Building Construction or Engineering.
• Good interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to maintain strong relationships.
• Organizational & multi-tasking ability.
• Analytical & problem solving ability.
• Tenacity & follow-through.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
• Must have a good command of the English language, oral and written.
• Must have own vehicle for frequent travel (job-related mileage will be reimbursed).
• Must have clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background screening.
• Must be able to walk on uneven terrain, climb stairs and ladders.
