Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Catering Manager to oversee our growing catering operations. The Catering Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our catering services. This includes scheduling events, setting up events, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a small staff of frozen pop cart attendants
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and create customized menus
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure that all products are ready for event
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Load up vehicle(s) with frozen pops and pop carts
- Maintain financial records and manage budgets for catering operations
Experience:
- Previous catering experience at a restaurant, hotel, or catering company
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and Square POS system
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a three quarter time position with the opportunity to quickly grow into a full time position.
