Responsibilities:

As the Catering/Club Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our catering and club operations at University of Texas Austin. From planning and executing high-profile events to ensuring exceptional service delivery, you will lead a talented team to exceed client expectations and uphold our reputation for excellence.

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of catering events, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.
• Manage club operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Train and mentor staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to design innovative menus tailored to client preferences and dietary needs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering and/or club management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and catering/event management software.
