Catering Call Center Phone Concierge

MISSION BBQ is hiring for Our Catering Call Center.

As Concierge, your Servant’s Heart will provide courteous, professional phone support to our loyalcustomers. You will answer calls, take customer requests and enter orders into an Excel cateringdatabase. You will be a problem solver and great listener, handle email and online catering submissions,route calls or orders to sales representatives and MISSION BBQ locations. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• In-person
