JOB OVERVIEW
The Lead Caregiver is dedicated to approaching administrative and Caregiver responsibilities with tenacity and meticulous attention to detail. A strong work ethic, effective communication, and the ability to uplift Caregiver morale are essential for the success of our Caregiver team. This pivotal role involves hands-on supervision of new and existing Caregivers, encompassing mentorship, issue resolution, and ensuring unwavering adherence to CareAparent policies. The Caregiver Lead's evaluations of their Caregiver team members may prompt occasional refresher training to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance. Additionally, the position involves providing crucial feedback to the Clinical Manager for performance evaluations and fostering seamless communication within the team regarding CareAparent policy updates. As a full-time supervisor, active participation as both a Caregiver and a leader is integral to the role.
QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, car insurance
- Ability to drive up to 20 miles one way
- 2+ years of Home Care experience
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the MN Registry
