SalaryHawaii Medical College is looking for an outgoing administrative assistant to fill a role in the Career Services Department. The purpose of the Career Services Department is to help HMC graduates find employment within their field of study.
This position will be available to individuals that are organized and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone that has a great personality and is able to get along well with many people very quickly. The person that is chosen will be considered for promotion into a higher role pending successful training on job duties and being a good fit within the department.
Duties:
- Answering and returning phone calls
- Answering and returning emails
- Organizing paper and electronic documents
- Assist in day to day activities within the Career Services Department
- Will report directly to the Career Services Director
Requirements:
- Must have at least an associates or bachelor's degree in a relevant field. (ie. education, social work, business administration, etc.)
- Must be extremely personable and get along well with others.
- Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Must be very organized and detail oriented.
- Hawaii Medical College is mandating the COVID-19 vaccine for all employees and students. (medical or religious exemptions will be considered)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
