POSITION OVERVIEW:
Blueprint Studios is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Inventory Manager who will lead the inventory control team, oversee the inventory management and control processes across multiple warehouses, and optimize product performance through PLC management, SKU performance analytics, and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of inventory management systems, PLC management, and SKU performance analytics and be able to manage the warehouse inventory effectively.

- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Able to deal with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage storage inventory and evaluate proper timing and usage of products.
- Utilize PLC (Product Life Cycle) management techniques to analyze product performance, identify trends, and optimize inventory levels accordingly.
- Conduct SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) performance analytics to assess individual products’ performance, identify improvement opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Evaluate current processes and revise/develop new ones to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control.
- Ensure the product is ready, available, well organized, and controlled to support production and the goals of the business optimally.
- Advise and train team members on the care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and optimal utilization of warehouse space.
- Manage control measures to ensure inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved.
- Monitor and analyze SKU and market performance through competitive analysis, market research, and data analytics to identify selling strategies and emerging trends and optimize product performance.
- Perform quality inventory reconciliations across all warehouse locations to ensure accuracy.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop the company’s inventory management strategy to control costs within budgetary limits and optimize product performance.
- Work directly with the sales team to accommodate orders, recommend product substitutions when necessary, and maximize product availability and turn ratio.
