Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming leads
- Understand and explain financing options to customers
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers
- Negotiate sales prices and complete necessary paperwork
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to cold call and generate leads
- Experience managing a sales pipeline
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Strong math skills for financing calculations
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient in using sales software
