- Calendar Management: Organize meetings, calls, and manage unexpected challenges with problem-solving skills.- Multitasking: Prioritize and manage diverse projects in a fast-paced environment with precision and attention to detail.- Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal events such as off-sites and team-building activities.- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, floor plans, facility requests, and security protocols for our floor plates.- Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new hires with equipment, access requests, and desk allocations.- Team Support: Assist in team purchases of equipment and consumables, handling credit card transactions and reconciliation.- San Diego Team Support: Assist the team purchases of accessories and consumables, visit the San Diego office once a quarter for a stocking, facilities check ins, team events/off-sites.- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with iCal, Mail, Keynote, and other OS X-based office systems is advantageous.If you're ready to take on this dynamic role, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute meaningfully to our team's success, we'd love to hear from you!
