Our Member Service Counselors answer inbound calls from our members requesting emergency road service, provide details to members questions as well as explain our diverse membership benefits while building strong relationships, and provide exceptional service to our members and potential members.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Answer emergency road service calls by gathering pertinent information regarding member safety, breakdown location and nature of the vehicular problem.
• Provide information on road service policies/procedures, ensure member is aware of any cost associated with the service being provided.
• Counsel potential members who need service on the benefits of AAA membership benefits. When appropriate, advises the member of other AAA products and services, such as mobile battery replacement, Premier and PLUS Memberships benefit, and car rentals.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED:
• High School diploma or GED required, or 4 years relevant experience.
• Basic level computer skills with relevant software applications.
• One year of customer service and/or Call Center experience required.
• Must be Motivated and goal oriented.
• Ability to work in a face paced, high volume position, while still able to manage multiple computer platforms to complete tasks.
