TriCare Medical Transportation is South Jersey's premier medical transportation company. We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Call Center Representative, you will be a key player on our Call Center team.
- Receive, evaluate and prioritize incoming calls to determine the appropriate level of medical transportation response
- Schedule trips, collect the appropriate information and enter data into computer aided dispatch software (CAD)
- Maintain accurate records and monitor workflow for scheduled appointments
- Operate a multi-line telephone system and various computer systems
- Be courteous and professional to patients, facility employees, co-workers, supervisors and the public at all times
- Have a good understanding of South Jersey geography
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Open availability - we are a 24/7 operation so hours may vary
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in high pressure situations
- Clean background check
- Negative drug screening
