In this dual role, you'll wear two hats – leading and inspiring your Call Center team while crafting engaging training programs that empower them to succeed.
Responsibilities (Manager):
- Oversee day-to-day Call Center operations, ensuring efficient workflow and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a top-notch Call Center team
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
Responsibilities (Trainer):
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing Call Center Representatives
- Coach on effective communication, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Implement ongoing coaching and mentorship programs
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Call Center management role
- Proven track record of exceeding Call Center performance goals
- Experience in developing and delivering effective training programs
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Passion for the home improvement industry (a plus!)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
