Call Center Representative

Elle Seller We are seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Representative to join our growing team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, resolving any issues or concerns
• Document customer interactions and update customer accounts as needed
• Meet or exceed performance goals including call quality, average handle time, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in on-going training and education to continuously improve skills and performance
• Maintain a working knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle high volume of calls and multitask effectively
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well in a team environment
