SalaryCambio Communities is seeking a Call Center Representative for handling overflow calls from our many communities helping residents, guests, and customers seeking homes. The main responsibility of the Call Center Representative is to assist the caller by being a friendly, helpful person who can answer a larger volume of calls, learn the callers' inquiry and direct them to the appropriate person, or schedule a showing on behalf of our sales team!
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills on the phone and listening skills
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- A growth and "can do" mindset
- Experience and knowledge of general office and administrative duties
- Strong computer skills
