Responsibilities:
Be the hero customers deserve by swiftly resolving their service or billing woes, whether it's swapping merchandise, refunding cash, or smoothing out billing bumps.
Chat it up with customers to address their queries and keep them in the loop on claim investigations ??? all while sprinkling in a dash of humor to lighten the mood.
When the going gets tough, don???t fret! Just pass along those tricky grievances to the designated superhero departments for further investigation.
Become a master record-keeper, meticulously documenting each customer interaction and action taken, with a wink and a smile.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch, but your ability to sprinkle in humor? That's the cherry on top!
You've got an eagle eye for detail and the interpersonal skills to match.
Independence is your middle name, and time management is your superpower.
