Guster Law Firm is a Birmingham, AL based law firm founded by Attorney Eric Guster in 2002.

Guster Law assist clients with injuries from automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, tractor trailer wrecks, and other types of injuries. Assisting clients with high quality service is a main focus of this firm.

We are opening multiple locations in 2024 & 2025, and are hiring, training, and staffing great team members for that growth. Our main office is located at 9964 Parkway East Birmingham, AL 35215. We are opening a new location in Five Points West Summer 2024.

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced individuals with extensive Call Center, intake, or telephone customer service experience.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, transferring calls, signing clients via DocuSign, and updating files.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role is required.
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
