Customer Service Representative/Call Center

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Active Heavy Duty Cooling is looking for our next superstar. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to supplying our customers with outstanding Customer Service Sales and Support! We are actively searching for someone who is a fast learner and can “think outside the box”. If you have excellent Customer Service skills, an outgoing personality, a convincing nature, and the ambition to go above and beyond, then we want to talk to you. If you have the will; we have the way!

This is a Monday - Friday position with hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm

Professional Requirements:

• Associates degree in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or 5+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
• Good communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc
• Call Center experience of at least two years
• Manufacturing Industry Experience a strong plus
• GWAM 55 or higher

Job Responsibilities:

• Pursue new opportunities through business to business sale techniques that include catalog parts sales as well as contract maintenance programs via cold calls, follow up’s on existing leads, and by analyzing intricate research that is done online.
• Over 80 account records entry on a daily bases with communication to the sales teams regarding new opportunities created.
• Retain and grow existing accounts by maximizing communication opportunities through follow up’s, satisfaction acknowledgments, and by making continuous contact showing value and providing impressive Customer Service via phone, email, and mail opportunities.
