Call Center Representative

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team for a Plastic surgery clinic

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Hourly salary PLUS commission pay

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about our services
• Resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

​Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (English AND Spanish)
• Ability to read, speak AND write in Spanish and English
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (9am - 4pm)
