Call Center Representative

Balian Springs introduces the first ever, daily membership based social club set in an extensive facility influenced by the best beach clubs around the world. Amenities look to include a luxurious beauty spa, over 6 different pool styles, delicious and nutritious eateries, unique lounges, relaxing hydrotherapy pools, sauna rooms and much more.

We are looking for a pleasant and dynamic Call Center Agent who interacts with the guest by identifying, investigating, and resolving guest problems with computer software and hardware. Fields support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns. Expertly handle guest concerns and know when it is appropriate to bring an issue to management.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A professional customer-oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Make customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Call guests to inform them about the company's new products, services or policies.
• Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
• Review customer or client accounts providing updates, and information about billing, and other account items.
• Collaborate with other Call Center professionals/ team to improve customer service.
• Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies.

Requirements and skills

• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not needed but can be a bonus
• Customer service orientation
• Spa experience
• High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
• Ability to work on weekends, holidays and evenings
