Call Center Representative

Martin Dentistry has been serving our friends and neighbors in the Tri-Cities for over 40 years with locations in Kingsport, Johnson City, Colonial Heights, and Elizabethton. We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented Communication Center Patient Coordinator with a passion for patient care to join our team.

Job Description: The Communication Center Patient Coordinator will ensure all patients are treated with a “wow” experience every time, with each “touch point” being upgraded and improved constantly. This position will be based at our Communication Center located in our corporate office, but will regularly interact with and communicate with each of our six offices to be familiar with scheduling protocols. At least 1 year of customer service experience required.

• Answer inbound calls for both new and existing patients
• Schedule new and existing patients on hygiene schedule
• Verify insurance and provide pre-treatment estimates
• Place outbound calls to patients who do not have scheduled appointments

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
