Salary: $10 to $16 per hour
Location: Hybrid (Nashville, TN)
Term: Full-Time 40 hrs/week Position (Contract for 4 months with a high possibility of being permanent. performance-based)
Responsibilities:
• Respond efficiently and accurately to users who reach out for support
• Follow up for more information to resolve the users' issue, triaging and escalating when necessary, and explaining possible solutions to ensure our users feel supported and valued.
• Learn and utilize support tools and software appropriately.
• Sort through user feedback from multiple channels
Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience providing exceptional customer service via email/written channels
• Strong written communication skills (written fluency in multiple languages is a plus)
• Proficiency with computers, CRM software, ticketing systems/platforms, and strong typing skills
• First class time management and decision-making skills
