Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or Call Center environment preferred
- Ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology is a bonus
