We have an immediate opening for a Therapy Tech to support our Outpatient (Ortho) Therapy Team.
SHIFT:
- Full-time 40 hours
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00am - 5:00pm
BASIC FUNCTION:
- Performs patient care tasks under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist
- Assist Therapist as instructed with patient-related activities, departmental maintenance and departmental support tasks
- Performs support tasks including but not limited to patient transport, equipment pick-up and delivery, equipment set-up and take-down, wheelchair maintenance, and infection control
- Performs routine cleaning tasks, clinic maintenance and equipment maintenance
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One year experience as an aid/technician in a related health care environment is required.
