- Richmond, Virginia
- Agents will work onsite for a minimum of 60 days.
- Agents will transition to a hybrid/remote schedule based on performance.
- Agents must be available for a flexible shift range
- Hours of Operations: Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM
- Schedules fluctuate – must be flexible to work Saturdays.

- Answer incoming calls from senior aged clients and/or their care support and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide an excellent and empathetic customer experience while building brand awareness and increasing lifetime value of our customers
- Provide accurate information regarding our unique and innovative healthcare products
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell products
- Achieve sales quotas and other performance metrics
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable healthcare product to fit their lifestyle needs
- Follow-up on customer inquiries and orders
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our CRM and lead management tools
- Minimum 1-2 years of Sales experience, preferably with selling over the phone
- Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience
- Proven track record of success in sales and ability to meet targets and quotas
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to overcome objections with empathy
- Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Good organizational and time management skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
