Call Center Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our cold-calling company as a Real Estate ISA/Cold Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads and warm leads, focusing on building rapport, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for clients. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for the Real Estate Industry. Calls can include different facets of the industry. Including calls for Lenders, Real Estate Agents, Etc.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective real estate leads following provided scripts.
Identify and recruit potential clients and assess their real estate needs and preferences without discussing price, terms, or financing.
Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and determining their level of interest.
Build rapport with potential clients and create a positive first impression of the real estate team you’re calling on behalf of .
Schedule appointments for licensed real estate agents based on lead qualification.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication with leads in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the real estate team to share insights and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow scripts and guidelines naturally and effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with real estate terminology is a plus, but not required.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
