Call Center Representative
Conklin Company, Inc. a manufacturing company is seeking an outgoing and courteous Call Center Representative to join our team in our Shakopee office. If you enjoy helping people and are detail oriented, this could be the position for you! In this position a Call Center Representative will take 60-100 inbound calls daily from our independent distributors, look up product part numbers, placing orders, process payments, and handle customer service concerns as they arise.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required; one year of inbound sales Call Center taking product orders experience required.
- Ability to quickly learn computer systems and order processing best practices
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Correctly enter orders received from Conklin’s distributors over phone, fax, and email
- Efficient PC skills and good listening skills a must, experience with multiple order entry and CRM system's is a plus
