As a Business Development Center Representative, you are often the first point of contact for our guests calling in or visiting the Penz Automotive Group electronically. A successful BDCR will partner with leadership to manage, maintain, and increase Penz Automotive Group appointment opportunities through verbal and written communication.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling
- Inbound Calls
- Outbound Calling
- Responding to Internet/Text Inquiries
- Online Chat
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate orally in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Ability to listen and interpret the needs of our guests.
- Ability to overcome objections, develop a strong sales pitch, and effectively schedule appointments.
- Ability to show proper judgement and initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, pay close attention to detail, and respond quickly to changing business needs
- Prioritize and organize daily tasks efficiently even when volume and workload exceed expectations.
- Ability to multitask with a personal computer; utilize job-specific software applications and other office equipment such as telephone and headset.
- Must effectively work independently as well as with others.
- Proficient in MS Office and related software applications.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
Related Work Experience:
1+ years Customer Service /related experience
Working Conditions:
Call Center environment where employee may need to be seated for long periods of time while using a telephone headset and computer.
Exposure to moderate noise levels.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2,400.00 - $4,000.00 per month
