The InboundCall CenterSales and Customer Support Representative (Super User) is responsible for answering Inbound Calls from our customers, accurately entering orders and Customer information, following Call Center scripts, offering programs that payout commission, answering questions and providing solutions for our customers are all part of the InboundCall CenterSales and Customer Support Representative (Super User) role. This position will also provide knowledgeable answers to customer email inquiries, by researching customer accounts and order history. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with the availability to work in-house when required. Must be available to come into the office for two week training.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Answering phones to process orders/customer inquiries and email correspondence.
- Maintain, verify and enter accurate customer/order information into the database.
- Engage with and build a relationship with the customer and the HLA brand.
- Meet personal/team key performance indicators (sales/call metrics).
- Dedication to deliver outstanding customer service. Ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Skills & Other Requirements:
- Data entry – Ability to use a computer/keyboard.
- Strong spelling and grammar skills.
- Attention to detail, strong time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work as a team player and independently.
- Sales and service driven.
- Customer focused, friendly demeanor and adaptability to different personality types.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Desired Qualifications/Education:
- Highschool diploma or GED
- 1-2 Years of customer service/online support experience, a plus.
