YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER!
As a full-time Call Center Representative, you work 40 hours per week and have a Saturday rotation.
You're responsible for handling inbound calls from our members and assisting them with whatever they need. Whether you're answering questions, processing banking transactions, or helping customers with various issues, you maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. You update member information, identify cross-selling opportunities, and direct phone calls to the appropriate department. Your efficiency and attention to detail help you keep up with this fast-paced job, making you an invaluable member of our team!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of cash handling experience
- 6+ months of experience in a Call Center
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Preference is given to candidates with more than the minimum required experience!
