5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service and effective communication.
6. Utilize company databases and systems to accurately document customer interactions and update customer information.
7. Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
9. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
