Union Role
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information
- Maintain client and member confidentiality
- Collaborate with other Call Center professionals to improve Customer Service
- Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Strong communication, both written and verbal

- Effective time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, website navigation and other software
- Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
Preferred qualifications
- Experience within a Third Party Administrator
- Ability to speak multiple languages,
- 2 year Call Center Experience

Pay: From $19.55 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
