Remote Customer ServiceCall Center Represenatives needed in the Albany area.
This is a full time, long term temporary position.
There may an occasional in office meeting, but rare.
Pay rate is 18.00 to 19.00 per hour with benefits.
This is a New York State program working with New York City's new congestion pricing program.
You will responsible for answering incoming and making outbound calls while entering data into a computer system.
Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
Must have an upbeat and positive phone presence .... in at times challenging situations
Important to have at least a year of Customer Service and work experience
MS Office skills, Word, Exce and Outlook necessary
IMPORTANT ESSENTIAL:
iNTERNET CONNECTION WITH SPEED THAT ALLOWS DOWNLOAD AT 15 MBPS AND UPLOAD AT 1.5 MBPS.
