Location: White Plains, New York (in person, not remote)
Type: Full-Time - 40 hour week (weekends required)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Location: Must live local and have reliable transportation to White Plains area
- Training: (4) weeks (Monday thru Friday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm training hrs. only)
Qualities: Demonstrated patience and empathy
Skills: Basic troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Salesforce or Sedona a plus
Experience: Previous Call Center Customer Service experience is required.
Language: English required, bilingual with Spanish a plus.
Education: GED or high school diploma required.
Availability: 40 hours per week; includes flexible shifts during the week
plus (1) weekend shift either Saturday or Sunday
Shift Times: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

- This is not a remote position, must be able to work on-site in White Plains, NY
