Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional Customer Service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns - Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers - Perform data entry to update customer information and maintain accurate records - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to upsell and maximize sales opportunities - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, resolve issues, and provide additional information as needed - Communicate effectively with customers to address their questions, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction Qualifications: - Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers - Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus - Proficient in data entry and comfortable navigating computer systems - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze situations to provide appropriate solutions - Sales experience or the ability to upsell products or services is desirable Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
