Description:
Inbound Remote customer service / Call center and nbsp;
Support program manager and/or project leads in the program.
Prepare agendas, create meeting minutes, track follow ups and action items, update project plans, issues logs, and other key project deliverables.
Data Collection, Analysis and Research –data collection and specific research associated with projects or program.
This research could involve following up with project team members to obtain more information about issues, risks and change requests.

We are looking for a new employee for the position of HR business partner in our downtown office in Budapest, to support an organization of about 300 people. The aim of the position is to support the HR needs of the business area along the HR strategy of Egis and with the help of available HR tools and to help them achieve their business goals.

What we are counting on you to do:
HR professional support for the heads and professionals of your departments in an internal consulting role as experts
Support and mentoring of senior managers and professional leaders
Participation in the implementation of corporate HR processes in the fields of recruitment-selection, performance management, training-development, succession planning, in cooperation with the relevant HR specialties
Participation in headcount planning, integration of new entrants, coordination of internal corporate relocations
Supporting organizational change and participating in organizational development projects
Operating according to the HR strategy defined by the HR organization of Egis in daily tasks

You have a tertiary, relevant education
you have at least 1 years of HRBP experience, primarily gained in a commercial organization, your experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage
your English language skills are negotiable
understand the business aspects and objectives of managers and know how to support them from the HR side

You don't shy away from operational tasks either
have good conflict management and advocacy skills
